A self-paced certificate centered on facilitating learning for adults consisting of six modules. This course will allow you to develop a robust foundation in pedagogical practices that foster student success through a deep understanding and application of adult learning theory. Participants will be able to design and implement supportive course structures, as well as assist learners in identifying and articulating meaningful goals and objectives that enhance motivation and foster a sense of agency in the learning process.
