In 2023, with support from the Provost’s Office, the Center for Student Success, and UAF CTL, faculty will work together to review student success data in their courses, ask questions about barriers and contributors to success, and design interventions to address equity gaps identified through this process. The program will follow participants through at least one semester of teaching with these interventions to help understand and document their impacts. Finally, participants will share their learning with a wider audience through a written report, presentation, grant or SEP proposal, or other method.
