About H5P

Make fun interactive learning activities in your course quickly and easily in Canvas using H5P and H5P Smart Import. With the click of a button, you can make flip cards, game maps, word searches, crossword puzzles, task summaries, timelines, branching scenarios, interactive books, and more from your existing content. • Smart Import – a time-saving way to use AI with your content to quickly create H5P content
• Log in to the UAF H5P account using your UA credentials to create your content
• create H5P content types right inside your Canvas course:
  • For a page or description (no assessment) – look for the plug icon in the page text area and choose View All -> H5P Interactive Content
  • For an assignment (will tie in with grades) – in Assignment settings, choose Submission Type -> External Tool -> click Find -> Interactive Content H5P
